Allen Steps Down as Women's Soccer Head Coach

FRANKLIN, Ind. – After two years on the sidelines as head coach of the Franklin women's soccer team, Cristin Allen is stepping down to accept another coaching position.

Allen accumulated a 22-14-1 record as Franklin's head coach, going 8-9-1 a season ago. In her first season on the bench, she guided the Grizzlies to the 2017 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) regular season title and the program's first ever HCAC Tournament championship and NCAA Tournament appearance.

During her tenure, 11 Grizzlies were named all-conference with Maddie Fleet collecting a pair of HCAC Offensive MVP honors. A total of 15 Grizzly soccer players were named to the HCAC's academic all-conference list during that time as well.

A national search to replace Allen is underway.
