Decatur, Ill. - Franklin College freshman soccer player Haley Lowe (Lawrenceburg, Ind./Lawrenceburg) found the back of the net in the 57th minute and a stingy defensive effort propelled the team to a 1-0 victory at Millikin University (Ill.) on Saturday.
